Reporting Center

OCI operates a Reporting Center to become a company trusted and respected by its stakeholders through the practice of ethics and EHS(environmental, health, and safety) management.

OCI operates an Ethics and EHS Management Violation Reporting Center to respond promptly to contractual and employment-related disadvantages, human rights violations, and other unethical conduct, as well as EHS-related concerns. If you become aware of any misconduct related to the duties of our employees, please report it to us; we will take prompt and appropriate action, and the personal information of the whistleblower will be strictly protected. Reports may be submitted anonymously, and no disadvantage of any kind will be imposed on whistleblowers as a result of reporting.

When entering the content of the report, please ensure it is fact-based and detailed, adhering to the '5W1H' principle (Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How). Reports based on unfounded rumors or intended to slander others may not be investigated. If you have relevant materials (photos, documents, evidence, etc.), attaching them will greatly assist in the investigation.

Types of Information Collected and the Methods of Collection

OCI’s Ethics and Compliance Reporting Center collects personal information within the minimal extent necessary for thorough report processing. The information collected includes 'name, email address, and telephone (mobile) number'. If you do not wish to provide personal information, you can report 'anonymously'. However, please note that anonymous reports may be limited in investigation processing due to restricted information.

Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The purpose of collecting and using personal information is for additional verification of report content, notification of receipt confirmation, and other processing needs as required.

Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

As a principle, personal information collected through the Ethics and Compliance reporting center is retained for one year after the conclusion of the report case. However, exceptions are made in cases where separate retention is necessary, such as for reports eligible for whistleblower rewards.

Types of Information Collected for disclosure to Third Parties

For the purpose of processing your report, your personal information may be provided to the relevant companies. If you do not wish for your personal information to be shared, you may submit your report anonymously.

  • Recipient of the information: Provided to OCI and/or its subsidiaries
  • Personal information provided: Name, email address, telephone(mobile phone) number
  • Purpose: For additional verification of the report, confirmation of receipt, etc., if needed
  • Period of retention and use : The same as the processing and retention period of personal information
