The Ethics Hotline (Cyber SHINMUNGO) of the OCI Company Ltd. collects personal information within the minimum required range in order to steadfastly process the complaint.
Collected information includes ¡°Name, e-mail address, telephone (cell phone) number¡±. If you do not agree to provide personal information, you can file a complaint anonymously. Please note that anonymous complaints may have some limitation in processing.

* Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Usage

To additionally confirm complaint details if necessary and send notice of acknowledgement of complaint receipt

* Handling and Retention Period of Personal Information

In principle, personal information collected via OCI Ethics Hotline system (Cyber SHINMUNGO) will be retained for 1 year after the closing of the case. However, exceptions may apply to cases in need of additional retention.

  • -Personal information will be provided to: OCI Company Ltd. and consolidated subsidiary
  • -Personal information consists of: Name, e-mail address, telephone(cell phone) number
  • -Purpose of providing personal information: To verify additional details of complaint if necessary and to expedite work processes including a notice of acknowledgement of complaint receipt
  • -Period of retention and use: The same as the Handling and Retention Period of Personal Information.
